Workshop Registration Terms and Conditions:
The workshops offered at the Château de Pourpry are programs that include instruction by a guest instructor, accommodations, and meals, depending on the package selected.
Registration
Registration for a workshop is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a deposit, in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking.
Payment
Payments are made through the secure VenueSessions booking system. Credit card transactions are processed by the payment provider Stripe, in compliance with current security standards.
Cancellation by the Participant
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions may apply:
The deposit paid may be refunded up to the date specified in the booking email, minus Stripe transaction fees.
The participant may transfer their spot to another person with the organizer’s consent.
Specific terms may vary depending on the workshop and are indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation by the Organizer
The Château de Pourpry reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum number of participants is not reached or in the event of force majeure. In this case, all payments will be refunded in full and without charge.
Liability
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. It is recommended that participants have personal insurance covering risks related to travel and the activities undertaken.

An initial deposit of 30% will be charged at the time of reservation. You will, of course, receive a confirmation email.
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 90 days before the start of the course, either through the reservation management link or by contacting us directly.
In this case, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.
Starting 90 days before the workshop, this deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers the instructor’s commitment and compensation.
A second deposit of 30% is then charged 90 days before the workshop begins.
The balance for your stay is due on the day of your arrival; the instructor’s fees should ideally be paid in cash.
Finally, upon your departure, you will pay for any purchases made during the workshop (canvases, supplies available in the locked cabinet).
